Hard to describe the color, perhaps red x dark blue? Or red x black (leaning 90% towards dark blue)- tartan/ plaid design. The lace IS pitch black. 

The bodice has a lot of shirring. The shirring in the straps was loose and was tighten and feel just like new.  The back is completely shirred while the front has a horizontal? Shirring to it? Overall has good stretch. Comes with waist ties and the bow in the front is detachable ^^

No pilling or any sign of use except in the sleeves which were corrected. 

Waist: 13 inches across unstretched-; 16.5 inches across stretched (recommended max)
Center of bodice: 4 inches across; 16 inches across max
No zipper! Gotta shimmy in
