No obvious flaws that I could find, fabric still has some of that like-new crispness. Gorgeous lace, includes waist ties. I will note here that I have a friendly black lab (not allowed in my room) and two adorable kittens (promptly extracted from the wardrobe whenever they manage to wiggle in).

Oh yes, sorry! I forgot to mention that. There is partial shirring in the back between the buttons connecting the waist ties. My waist is 24.5 inches and I am very comfortable in it, I'd guesstimate 27-28 inches max would fit.
