I am selling this since I simply have too many mint dresses that are pretty similar. It does not have the halter neck ties or waist ties since the previous owner didn't have them when they sold it to me. It is a lovely light cotton dress perfect for spring and summer. It has minor damage that a 10 year old dress would half like some loose strings but otherwise is in really good shape. The straps are adjustable and detachable. It is also really comfortable. It does need a ironing. I live with cats and will lint roll the dress before shipping it.
