It seems like it does according to the USPS website- you would have to track through USPS and it will tell you when it left the US, and when it arrived in finland and when they attempt a delivery.

Would this fit a 93cm bust/waist?

Lolibrary says 88cm for bust, but it has quarter shirring so I think it should fit! I'm closer to 90 and it was very comfortable.
