This blouse does have darts on the back and front mid waist area, you can let it out or professionally let it out, it will fit an additional, roughly 3-5cm! This is secondhand, but NEW and never used, from both parties, only tried. No damages! Just a loose top button was how it was sent to me. I can't fit this blouse like I wanted.
