The petticoat contains three steel bones from up to down, and has laces covering all them up. The steel bones are adjustable in a very large range -- Bell shape or A lined at your wish! The length of the petticoat can also be adjusted. Perfect for long dresses and heavy dresses! Can fit waists from 60cm to 100cm. The adjustable length is 45cm to 72cm. How do you fix it to change the shape??

There are strings that can adjust the length. For the shape the steel bones can be stucked in to get it to be smaller, or pulled out to make it larger -- there are three steel bones and the shape is basically determined by the size of the steel bone circles. Hope I explained clear enough. ^^
