This brand new white petticoat from Boguta has an adjustable length from 45 to 72cm by the string ties shown in the 2nd and 3rd photo. The waist can stretch from 60 to about 92cm. It has waist ties as well. There are 3 tiers consisting of the metal hoops in cotton, an organza layer in the middle, and a lacy layer on top, so this is great for creating big poofy looks. There is a cotton lining.
