Bodyline Velvet op. Original owner modified the long sleeves to short. 34in bust, 28in waist. No shirring.
Slight wrinkling of the yoke ruffles.
Possible discoloration of the white velvet. It might be just my lighting, but it looks like it's yellowing a tad.
