I don't think I ever wore this at all. I think it's cute but I never reached for it so she must move on to better closets. Reference link measurements seem spot on. Constructed with a mid weight broadcloth type fabric, the lace hearts aren't great quality but the waistband lace is nice. Waist ties included.
