Beautiful skirt in great condition!
I bought this skirt a couple year ago and have only worn it twice, but I've decided to go in a more gothic direction with my wardrobe, so I've decided to sell it. It's still in great condition, no damage as far as I can tell. It comes with a cute detachable bow. The waist is half shirred, and easily accommodates up to 85 cm size waist comfortably.

At absolute maximum, it might go up to 40 inches, but I don't think it will fit 54 inches. Sorry. :(
