The skirt is sax blue with gold spade/heart/clover/diamond buttons and contrasting collar one side white and one side checkered. It has adjustable ribbons you can pull up and tie with a bow to reveal the built in underskirt which is the most stand out unique part of the dress: giant layered playing cards king of spades, queen of hearts, 10 of diamonds, 6 of clubs, 5 of clovers. The apron I chose is Queen of heart, it could be used as a small waist bag, smart design!

Overall very detailed and unique, please check my photos.  I paid CNY¥ 965 for this set (discount price) and $35+ for international shipping ( about $200 in total), i really hope it will find a loving home!
