This blouse from blue rouge is made from a sturday sax/light mint colored fabric (which is very faintly stripey! I think it's cotton but am not 100% sure)

Has a polka-dot white fabric detail at the bust, rose shaped buttons, and white lace detailing. So cute and versatile!
