Blue Bodyline Skirt
Blue ruffled skirt, worn once by me and never by previous owner per their listing. Fully elastic waistband. I think it may have been part of a set originally, possibly this one: https://lolibrary.org/items/bodyline-cross-theme-jsk-with-charm but I'm not entirely sure. The tag says size L. It doesn't say Bodyline so I'm taking the prev owner's word on that, but half the wash instructions on the tag are in Japanese. No flaws that I could find.

Edit: Per my amateur measuring, I think the waist is about 19 in flat and stretched, and the length is about 23 in.
