Blouse by Dear Celine in size L

Very elegant blouse made by taobao brand Dear Celine. It is new, still with tags, because cuffs of the blouse are too small for me.
The picture is made on the mannequin in size M (91 cm in the bust).
Bust goes up 100 cm, but you might have the same problem with cuffs!
