NOTE: The neckline only has elastic on the front (or back depending on how you wear it) half of the blouse. I'm not sure if it was a mistake because there's a channel for elastic in the back half too but there's no elastic there. It's fine to wear as is but I feel somebody could put elastic in there if they want the shoulder part to be tighter.
