If no tracking is requested, the buyer has to send the money on paypal via friends and family. I have had this issue in the past and I will not take any responsibility if the item is lost due to no tracking. Insurance packaging has 2 different options of covering up to 75 USD and covering the full price if the first option is chosen due to the cheaper cost I take no responsibility if the package gets lost.
