Black and white offbrand skirt

American size 14, roughly 36" or 90 cm. lace has a little sheen to it, and is more of an ivory/off-white color than the pictures would suggest, and the fabric is nice and thick.
I bought this skirt at a secondhand shop, and unfortunately some of the accent lace has been pulled out so it looks a little sloppy. I've tried to remedy this, but I haven't had any success. maybe a craftier lolita than I can fix it! the damage is all around the skirt, but it is otherwise in perfect condition.
