PAYMENT: PayPal fees are included in the bidding/BIN prices. I ask that invoices be paid within seven days of receipt. If you have feedback and it is mostly positive, I can extend this with a little heads-up. I will accept payment plans, as long as you have some positive feedback, for items $125 plus. The down payment is 10%, nonrefundable. SHIPPING: I only charge what the post office charges me for shipping. I hate paying inflated shipping charges, so of course, I will never inflate them myself (I reuse boxes and other containers, and tissue paper is so cheap it doesn't matter). That said, PayPal gives a discount when you buy USPS postage through it. I can't calculate the discount until I've bought the postage, but I will refund you the difference (that is, you will only pay the discounted price after I refund you). I am a little neurotic about getting sold items shipped ASAP, anyway, but if you need something quickly, please let me know and I can make it! I AM willing to ship without insurance, but NOT without tracking (this is so PayPal won't rule against me if something is lost in the mail). I cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post that are uninsured. Household Conditions (smoking, pets, etc.): I have cats, and my housemates have dogs (the chicken in the profile photo is, alas, not mine, but that of a very cool nun). The dogs VERY rarely enter my room, but one of the cats is usually there, and another comes in on occasion. While the dogs have no access to my clothes and the cats have little to no access, allergies come from dander in the air, not from cat/dog fur. The vast majority, if not all, of my brand lolita is kept in heavy-duty garment bags that entirely enclose the clothing with a zipper. (I will note in the listing if the item/s are one of the few that my cats have access to.) However, if you are HIGHLY allergic to cats and/or dogs, I would not recommend buying from me. No one in the household smokes anything, ever. I rarely use perfume, use unscented detergent, and rarely burn incense (nag champa [sandalwood/magnolia]). RETURNS: I don't accept international returns because shipping is so expensive nowadays, unless I made an omission in the product description. Domestic returns are accepted if they are in the condition I sent them, but the buyer must pay the return shipping, unless the error was mine.
