Witch hat with glitter chiffon bow, tulle, and bat wings
Simple black felt witch hat wrapped with a soft black fabric, embellished with a tiny velveteen bow, felt bat wings that can stand, a glitter chiffon bow, and tulle draped over the edge. The edge has wire for adjustment. You could add extra embellishments such as lace to the edge, or other types of draping fabric! The hat may be a bit small for some heads, the inner circumference of the hat cone is approx. 55 cm. The brim is 8 cm in width. For buyers in Canada and the US, the hat can still arrive before Halloween!
