This skirt is an Axes Femme maroon skirt. It was worn once by its previous owner and once by its second owner. The photos appear a bit red but it is a maroon color. There is elastic in the back of the skirt to allow it to stretch up to 34" (but is most comfortable with waists 29" and lower). The details on the bottom are in a cream color.

about 20" from bottom of waist band to bottom of ruffle.....at 5'1" the skirt fell at knees
