Bought second hand off y!jp. It is in good condition, but may still smell very lightly of smoke from a previous owner. Upon my last inspection I could no longer detect it, but if you are very sensitive it may be worth noting!
My measurements are 34"-29", and this JSK fits, but is a tad tight. So I would recommend slightly smaller measurements, for comfort.
