*PLEASE NOTE: I OWN A CAT BUT I NEVER LET HER GO INSIDE MY CLOSET AND NEAR MY LOLITA WARDROBE SO PEOPLE WITH CAT ALLERGIES BEWARE. This OP was purchased brand new and only worn once for a few hours at a fashion show. I received it with some slight damage on the lace and ribbon near the zipper (right under the armpit) but the dress can still be zipped up without any problems. The shoulder straps are removable and the long back bustle can be pulled up by tying the embedded ribbon in the skirt. Measurements: Bust 29-41 inches, waist 22-47 inches, skirt length about 22-34 inches. Please note that while the measurements are very generous, the dress might not be comfortable when stretched out fully.

Hi! I was wondering if the shipping was included for domestic orders since it's not listed up top? If it's not included, how much would it cost to ship to 55337 in MN?
