Cute casual dress from Angelic Pretty. The neckline part and the tie are detachable. I think it might be a sample, since it looks slightly different from the Lolibrary one I found? Please look a little closer at the pictures. It's in very good condition with no noticeable flaws. I washed this and then never wore it because the arm holes are just too big for me and it looks a bit silly. That being said, the fabric is actually very stretchy. It's also a decent length. So I think this could work for a lot of different people. :)
