Hi! What are the measurements for this jacket? Lolibrary lists that this jacket comes in two sizes. And what would the shipping cost be to the US? Thank you! :)

I am not entirely sure on the size as I can't find it anywhere on the jacket :( but it measures 96cm around under the sleeves.
I believe the shipping would be about $30AUD :)
