I bought this second-hand off, but it's still in good condition. I've worn and washed it twice. There are buttons that connect the top to the skirt, so you can remove it and wear as a skirt alone. Waist is free since it's open up top. The straps are not adjustable.

Hello there! Is there any way you would tell me how tall you are, and where the skirt falls on you (mid-thigh, etc.)? I'm afraid I'm too tall for this darling, but I can hope!

Hey, I just took a picture which you can view here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B6tkC6A8OVhbekI0MzRDejRFWFk/view?usp=docslist_api I'm 5' 6" and the skirt is above the knees for me, a little past mid-thigh. If i put my hands to the sides, the skirt goes past my fingers. Hope that helps!
