This white blouse from Ank Rouge features a big sailor collar trimmed with pale pink ribbon, along with puffy off the shoulder sleeves. Made from a silky and comfy material, it zips up the side so larger-chested friends don't have to worry about buttons gaping! The sleeves also have plenty of stretch so it could definitely accomodate bigger sizes. Couldn't find any flaws!
