Compared with other listings i've seen this dress is in really good condition. It has a very very slight discoloration on the front bow and one tiny speck (?) on the back.  It does have a feeling of wear, because it is an older dress. Other than that it's in good condition. I bought it off a JP auction website a while back. The seller sent it to me without the waist ties. I tried to contact them but never got a reply and they never disclosed it came without them, so its missing its waist ties. Honestly i had to give it a hard think to give it up since it's a rare dress to find in good condition. Lolibrary measurments listed below. Last pic AP stock photo.
