Sweet Cream House Apron by Angelic Pretty JSK in Pink, I believe it is from 2013.
I really love this beautiful print but alas my bust region is too large for the apron style cut it always off centers it and doesn't want to lay flat. But the waist is comfortable with the minor elastication in back. Would recommend it for anyone cup size C and below.
The collar is detachable as is the apron from the skirt.
I bought this in 2016, the previous owner said she wore it twice and it had no damage. I've worn it once and cannot find any damages.
