There's no shirring unfortunately and cannot be stretched that much. It was too big for me (my waist is 70cm/27 inch) so I'd say the max length around is 30-34 inch.

Oh okay! I'm 28 inch, if it was too big for you I might see if I can make it work. I was worried because the lolibrary said 66 cm.

A petticoat might help even the sizing to your preference as well! And yes I apologize that link was the only one I could find. The previous owner (whom I bought this from in march I believe their user is asa-chan) said the measurements is a bit bigger than the one on lolibrary. Thank you!
