Angelic Pretty Pintuck Frill Skirt from 2018. Comes with waistties.
Very good condition as far as I can tell. This skirt is a bit weird. I thought it might've experienced some accidental black color transfer before I bought it due to the way some parts looked. It's a bit of a muted pink. There were some darker streaks on the inside and on the skirt. Looking at the Lolibrary, it actually looks exactly like that, so it seems like it just comes like that. The skirt looks very clean and I don't think anybody would think about this at all, just trying to be transparent.
