I'm not sure what the official name of this blouse is but it is a lot like the sugar flower blouse from 2013. It is Angelic Pretty I just didn't have time to go through lolilibrary to find the name. It has been worn twice and will be hand washed before I send it off. Other than the buttons being a bit loose it is in great shape. It looks discolored as my lighting was terrible but is uniform in color with no discoloration.
