Used, in good condition. The original cosmetics print skirt by Angelic Pretty.
This is the first cosmetics print released by Angelic Pretty. I am the second owner. There are no stains or tears in the fabric or lace, but there is some piling on the ribbon. It comes with it's original waist ties. The skirt is partially shirred, but there is not much give to the elastic. Max waist 27 inches.

Shipping quotes are approximate and usually based on flat rate box prices with tracking as I do not have a scale. If there is a cheaper option with tracking when I go to the post office, I will refund for the difference same day
