I purchased it in excellent condition, previous owner only wore it once, and I have only tried it on.
The dress comes with waist ties and ribbons.
The dress is in fantastic shape, no stains, rips, ect. that I have noticed. It still has that stiff/ new feeling to it!
I live in a smoke-free and pet-free home.
Measurements According to Lolibrary:
Bust: 90cm + shirring
Waist: 70cm + shirring
Length: 87cm
I was able to stretch it to 95cm in the bust and 82cm in the waist, could maybe stretch more.
