angelic pretty's happy garden going out set. just skirt headbow and attachable bow. it has waist ties. it is partial shirred, and zips up the side.
built in petticoat. very good condition, may have tiny stain but i didnt notice any. please dont purchase if you are looking for perfect condition, as it is an older item which has been worn many times.
looks good with mint cutsew, please see my other listings to see the cutsew. i can combine shipping with it.

There is not much stretch in the shirring, id say it is the minimum measure

I know that it isn't shirred, what is the centimetre measurement for the waist? There are no measurements in your description or on Lolibrary.
