I ship out everything I sell in a clean condition (except for unremovable stains which I would point out) and as soon as I can. I always try to pack things as securely as possible to prevent from damage. I live in a smoke-free household, neither do I own pets. Once shipped out, I am not responsible for packages. I always recommend using tracked and insured shipping methods since I cannot refund in case of damage or loss.
