Official measurements list this at a max of 97cm. However, I know it can go much higher. A friend of mine owns this who is about 115cm in the bust and the shirring is not fully stretched on hers. However, I'm parting with this because it rides up on me horribly (at a 97cm bust) so I would suggest this for someone with a smaller bust than mine.

This dress has some flaws and a factory defect, please read:

1. There is a tiny hard to see faint stain near the center just below the bust seam where it goes up into a V (probably coffee) I've tried removing it but haven't had any luck. It's really difficult to photograph.

2. On the bow on the left side, the stitching attaching the bow to the tails ended up pulling a thread. It's not too noticeable when worn but it's pretty obvious up close. I detached that stitch and tried to fix the problem but only managed to smooth it out a little, and the bow was resewn where it's supposed to attach.

3. The last time I wore it, I wore a wig I custom dyed. I washed all of the ink out and let did several test runs to make sure it was out. Apparently, a little stuck to the satin fabric on the neck ties and I couldn't get it entirely out. It's not noticeable and would be something you'd have to point out to someone for anyone to notice.

4. Factory Defect: There's a small white spot where the paint chipped off on the pink star. The thread attaching all these stars was extremely loose so I restitched them on. Also on the opposite side of the pink star, the tip of the star near the hole was chipped off so I couldn't flip it around. It came this way to me. Bought from someone who bought a few colorways and chose to part with the sax version, it was NWT in the original packaging when I got it.

Within the US: Priority Mail within the US: $12.65 + insurance + signature confirmation.

International shipping: Please note, I will only do tracked and insured shipping for international buyers to protect myself against chargebacks or claimed lost packages. This is extremely pricey, so this is the main reason why I prefer to ship within the US. If you are willing to pay the cost for this, I am happy to ship overseas. However, I can't afford to lose any money due to lost packages. I also do not mark items as a gift or lower the value on custom forms. Shipping to Canada starts at around $45 and elsewhere about $61 USD before insurance is added on. Please keep this in mind before you commit to buy!
