It's got a light amount of poof, which actually should be the perfect poof when worn under AP dresses/skirts (due to their built in tulle). The cutest petticoat you will ever own or wear!!! Please note I am selling these for a friend, so trades are not considered. We have cats and dogs, but otherwise live in a smoke-free home. Please note if you have allergies. Shipping is via Priority mail and does include a tracking #. I do combine shipping! So if you purchase multiple items, I will gladly charge only one flat rate and not stack shipping rates on top of one another! (And I will be so much happier to get twice the amount of product out of my house!!!
