I bought this from a con a while ago and it was just an impulse purchase. It's in good condition but missing the back piece.
I can't find the exact name of this coat but the sizing should be similar to other Amavel Coats. Th color is like a light blue/gray though it looks more gray in the photos. 

 I will post some measurements later!
