Worn once only

I have only worn this dress/skirt once. I bought it at a sample sale. It came without the grey ribbon on the front, but I wore it without because personally I prefer it that way. However, because of the missing ribbon the price has been greatly reduced. It can be easily replaced if you wish to buy and add a ribbon yourself. ^^

I forgot to add, but registered airmail takes around 1 week, and economy airmail takes about 2-3 weeks.
