I ship with the cheapest tracked shipping available unless priority is within a dollar, in which case I'll ship priority. Refunds: I do not refund for incorrect sizes/ etc. I try my best to find flaws with the items I sell but if I miss something I will try to correct it (find and mail missing items, for example) if I can, otherwise I do not offer refunds for minor damages (such as overlooked stains) or missing pieces (such as lacing shown in a stock photo but not in my proof photos) as evaluating what is a reasonable refund based on the damage/ item missing can be difficult.
