The skirt closes with a side zip+hook and eye on the left side and includes 1 large bow pin with a gold anchor charm, and two small navy bow pins. The back has corset lacing so it can be made smaller. The navy embellishments are a high quality cotton sateen ribbon.
Very good condition, never worn.
However, please note that although the skirt is fully finished and can be worn with no problems, there may be some messy finishing/flaws on the interior.
Measurements are about 70cm max for the waist, though it can be made smaller. Length is about 65cm (including ruffle of about 6cm).
