Lady's Size 75 from Fan+Friend. (Small or a smaller medium)

I ordered this beautiful skirt and matching shirt, but I didn't take the time to check the sizes. It is wayyy to small for me! It is brand new, and in perfect condition. I would like to keep the blouse and skirt together. If you are interested in both, I can DEFINITELY do that!  Here are the details from the website:

• double layers (short layer outside in cotton twill, long layer inside in stripe cotton);
• decorative double-breasted front with chains;
• high waist with shirring back;
• normal bottom front and coattail back;
• detachable waist belts (could be tied back into a bow)

Super cute, but way to small. Just would like to get it to someone who can fit in it!
