There was a problem with the color of the dress. The listing said "no damage" but clearly there is coloration on the whole dress like it was washed and the color bleed. The white pattern on the dress is not white anymore. It’s light green. I can tell there is a problem because the bonnet that came together has clearly white in the print and it’s not light green. And I have checked the stock photos and there seam to really have white on the dress. And I asked my friend who has the same dress with the bonnet too and she told me the fabric was the same on the bonnet and on the dress. That’s why I think there was a problem with the dress. Because clearly the bonnet and the dress have a different color. And it looks not as pretty with light green instead of white. I have tried to discuss with the seller but she denies all responsibility, even suggesting that the whole dress was evenly stained during the shipping and that somehow it didn't stain the bonnet that was shipped together. If this issue was listed and that the dresses was priced accordingly, that would have been ok. But since the dress was very expensive and the listing said "no damage", I can't accept a dress in this condition for this price. PayPal denied my claim for a partial refund for a fair price for a dress in that condition.
