Quick to respond to messages and answer questions. It was an easy and smooth process. After purchase, the seller added a matching brooch to the parcel which she found last minute, free of charge :)
The items were sent in a box, they didn't have any plastic or a bag around them to protect them if the box got caught in the rain or something but it was fine. I was told the items didn't have any stains etc which they didn't but i needed to wash the items to remove some dirty marks and hair etc. There are some tiny black dots on the jsk I wasn't informed of (could be makeup maybe) that can't be removed. Luckily they are very small but they are right on the front of the dress.
Overall, a good seller to work with.
