Item was packaged poorly with no bubble/padding protection and sent overseas, so by the time I received the wig it was extremely frizzy and misshaped. Other than that it was exactly what I ordered and I’m happy with my purchase.

The item arrived with some shirring damage, but when I messaged her she was quick to fix it. She explained she doesn't check items with tags as thoroughly as other items, and the damage simply wasn't noted. Which is totally understandable. She offered me a partial refund to make up for this discrepancy.

Item as decribed and super pretty! Good communication with seller throughout, helped me avoid import tax. (Seller did send the dress a week later than expected, but the labour day/week off was mostly the cause of this). Very happy about the purchase. Would buy from again!
