Horrible buyer. Extremely rude, deceptive, and attempted to guilt me into refunding her for damage that occurred AFTER shipment! She repeatedly said I should have shipped the item in a box, yet never messaged me with a request to do so, nor did she request shipping insurance. I explained multiple times how a box would not have changed the outcome, as it was clearly either the fabric bag it caught on or the adhesive had deteriorated due to the summer heat. She would not accept this, eventually deciding I must have sold her an already damaged product. Absolutely laughable. After that I ended the interaction.
