The blouse is exactly as described, and was packaged carefully. The seller communicated clearly and provided a tracking number when the package shipped. It took over a month to receive it, but I believe this was the fault of the post office/customs and not the seller.

The dress is very lovely and I am very pleased but the only downside it the dress smelled very heavily of cigarette smoke. I had to air it out for a few days and will probably need to take it to a professional but the dress is still very pretty.
