She was very friendly and helpful, especially since this was my first purchase on lace market (or any EGL sales community, for that matter). The dress arrived in perfect condition save for a tiny blemish on the sleeve that I think she might have missed when inspecting the dress. Otherwise, I'm not concerned about it since it's small and not easy to notice.
