A very cute older gingham OP by Angelic Pretty.
There are two very tiny black spots on the collar (please see photos), other than that I can find no particular flaws. Please keep in mind that this is an older dress.
This originally came as a set but please note that I do not have the apron or headbow. This listing is for the OP only.

Bust 43cm
Waist 34cm
Length 83cm
This definitely feels much smaller than the official measurements.
No shirring, corset lacing or waist ties. I would not recommend this dress for taller people.

Hi, I think I know what dress this is! It looks like the OP from the gingham tea party set from 2008 :) I believe the "missing" buttons would have been part of the matching apron.
