What material is the boning made of? And is 22” the smallest possible waist measurement or is it smaller when fully laced? Thank you!

Hello! The boning is made from metal so it adjust fully to the body, metal boning can bend in many directions without losing shape, and the smallest meassure un 22" when fully laced :D
